Both a sperm and an egg are needed for fertilization to occur. If you want to optimize the conditions for your upcoming child, both the man's and the woman's health and fertility must be included in the preparations.

The sperm quality of the man is as important as the woman's egg quality from trimester zero (when egg and sperm develop and mature) to fertilization.

As a client, you set the goals and together we work towards this by using Hormone Health’s tools, support and knowledge to achieve them. I’ll coach you on how to take control of your own health and I look at lifestyle, sleep patterns and food choices. I will work to balance your hormone systems and direct the body to heal to achieve optimal fertility. Hormone health is at your side with support and support.
 

Women


It takes an egg three months to mature and get ready for ovulation and fertilization. During that period, you have the opportunity to influence this process by optimizing the conditions for them to become as viable as possible.
 
You can improve this by consciously thinking about the quality and nutritional content of what you eat, toxins, your well-being and avoiding stress these things not only affect you but also your eggs and its quality.

Men
 


It takes about three months for a sperm to form, in the testicle from stem cells. A healthy fertile normally produces about 100 million sperm per day. The sperm then matures in the testicle for about three weeks before being released during ejaculation. The time in the testicle is needed for maturation and for the ability of sperm to swim.
 
You can improve your sperm quality by deliberately thinking about the quality and nutritional content of what you eat, chemical influences, your well-being and avoiding stress. These things not only affect you but also your sperm and its quality.

I work closely with gynecologists, midwives, endocrinologists and general practitioners. If necessary, I can refer to them to do examinations and regular lab tests.
